Types of Clients We Work With

We work with clients all across the United States in many different industries and stages of life. While not an exhaustive list, here are some of the types of clients we work with.

We work with many folks in these industries from Silicon Valley to Cambridge/Boston. We understand the types of financial questions that you face like; what to do with your company stock options (RSU, ISO, NQO, ESPP), what the tax implications are, 10b5-1 plans, and how to manage liquidity events. Our job is to help you turn your paper wealth into real money.

TECH, BIOTECH & PHARMA PROFESSIONALS

We work with business owners at all stages of life from startups to selling your business. For those of you starting out you’ll face important questions like what type of entity should you create, how do you fund the company, do you need a buy/sell agreement, and more. Or, perhaps you’re running a multi-generational 100-year-old business and you’re ready to sell. You’ll want to understand the impacts of a stock sale versus an asset sale, tax implications, business valuation, and more. Our job is to help you get the best price for your business and to ensure that your employees and legacy remain intact.

BUSINESS OWNERS

You’ve spent your life working hard, sacrificing, and saving money for this day, retirement. Now it’s here. Your objective is to protect the nest egg you’ve accumulated and make sure that you have enough to last you the rest of your life. Perhaps you want to live off the income your portfolio generates and leave a legacy to your kids and grandkids. Or, perhaps you want to travel the world, buy a vacation home and live the life! Our objective is to help you align your financial plan with your needs and goals so that you can enjoy the life you always dreamed of.

RETIREES
DIVORCEES

This is typically a very emotional process for your personally. That’s why it’s so important to have a knowledgeable advisor helping you through the process to take the emotion out of your financial decision making. We’ll work with you and your attorney to make sure that you get what’s rightfully yours. Our job is to help you create your own financial plan to protect and grow your money and assets for your new future.

PARTNERS OF BIG 4 FIRMS

We are very familiar with your independence rules and requirements around your financial situation. We know that if you want to purchase a security, take out a mortgage, or make any financial move, you must pre-clear it through your internal portal. We understand your personal balance sheet and the taxability of your deposit capital vs. your accrual capital. We know how your P&L works along with your personal cash flow. Our job is to act as your personal CFO and help you maintain independence with regards to your total financial picture.

ATHLETES & ENTERTAINERS

For those of you in the spotlight, we’re here to help. The more people who know you, the more important it is to protect your assets. We’ll walk you through comprehensive financial planning to ensure that you are protected. We work with your agency, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure that everyone is on the same page maximizing value to you. Whether you are looking to start a lifestyle brand, need help figuring out what to do with endorsement money, or want to set up a financial plan for your contract proceeds we can help you. We know that many people in these industries start out young, so our job is to ensure that you have enough money to last throughout your entire life.
